Effective December 1, 2024, Marcos Gabriel has been promoted to the positions of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at McCormick & Company. Currently, Gabriel is the Senior Vice President of Global Finance and Capital Markets at McCormick. He began his tenure as the company's Chief Financial Officer in 2017 and subsequently assumed the position of Chief Transformation Officer. With over 25 years of experience in the consumer products industry, including leadership positions at Unilever, Avon, and Eli Lilly across multiple regions, Gabriel brings a wealth of strategic expertise to his new role.
Gabriel will oversee the global finance group and international services team. McCormick CEO Brendan Foley praised Gabriel's global leadership and contributions to McCormick's growth and productivity over the past seven years, highlighting his proficiency in finance, digital transformation, and business development. McCormick, known for its extensive portfolio of iconic brands and global presence in 150 countries, recently reported a slight dip in sales but an increase in operating income for the second quarter of the fiscal year.
