Lockton has appointed Travis Leonard as its new Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Troy Cook, who has served in the position since 2020. Cook will serve as an advisor to Ron Lockton, Chairman and CEO, in the capacity of corporate development. Leonard, a finance executive with deep global market expertise, will assume the role of CFO and collaborate with Cook to ensure a seamless transition. Leonard's extensive career spans various global markets and industry segments, demonstrating his proficiency in financial leadership and transformation initiatives. Leonard holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois-Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
Cook will continue to serve as the EVP of Corporate Development for Lockton, reporting to the CEO, and will remain a member of the board of directors. Cook will collaborate with leadership to identify global development opportunities and assist in the transition of duties and induction of Leonard in his new position.
