Guess Appoints Dennis Secor as Interim CFO Amid Leadership Transition

Following Markus Neubrand's resignation to pursue an opportunity closer to his family, Guess has appointed Dennis Secor as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective August 26, 2024. Secor, a finance executive with a wealth of experience in the apparel industry, was the CFO of Guess from 2006 to 2012 and has held numerous CFO positions in a variety of industries. During this transitional period, he will serve as the finance team's leader, with Neubrand remaining until September to guarantee a seamless transition. The organization has initiated a search for a permanent chief financial officer, who is anticipated to be stationed at its headquarters in Lugano, Switzerland.
