Chipotle Mexican Grill has announced the accelerated appointment of Adam Rymer as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2024. Rymer, a 15-year veteran of Chipotle, previously served as Vice President of Finance, overseeing key financial functions, including Corporate Finance and Investor Relations. In his new role, Rymer will serve on Chipotle's executive leadership team and report to Interim CEO Scott Boatwright. Former Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, Jack Hartung, will transition to his new position as President and Chief Strategy Officer, continuing to support the company’s leadership. Jamie McConnell, currently Vice President and Controller, will take over as Chief Accounting and Administrative Officer, reporting to Rymer.
