Worldline has appointed Srikanth Seshadri as its new Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Committee, succeeding Gregory Lambertie. CEO Pierre-Antoine Vacheron welcomed the appointment, stating, “His broad international background and demonstrated expertise in complex financial environments will be highly valuable as Worldline advances its transformation and maintains its emphasis on financial discipline.” A British national of Indian origin, he holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, is a Chartered Accountant, and has completed executive education at INSEAD.
Seshadri began his career with Arthur Andersen in audit and technology risk consulting before joining Alstom in 2002. Over two decades at Alstom, he worked across Europe and Asia in finance, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and treasury leadership roles. He notably drove post-merger integration following Alstom’s acquisition of Bombardier’s Signalling business and played a crucial part in stabilizing the company’s investment-grade outlook during a turnaround. His diverse background in operations, finance, and corporate finance is expected to support Worldline’s long-term priorities.
