SentinelOne has appointed Sonalee Parekh as Chief Financial Officer as the company continues to scale its operations in the cybersecurity sector. She will oversee global financial functions, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, internal audit, and investor relations. Barry Padgett will remain Interim CFO until her start date and will lead the company through its upcoming fiscal reporting cycle to ensure a smooth transition.

Parekh brings more than 25 years of experience across software and technology companies, with a strong background in scaling high-growth businesses. She previously served as CFO at Asana, where she supported strategic expansion and profitability initiatives, and at RingCentral, where she helped grow annual recurring revenue beyond $2 billion while improving margins. Her earlier roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise included senior finance and corporate development positions.
At SentinelOne, she is expected to guide financial strategy, support margin expansion, and enhance investor engagement as the company advances its AI-driven cybersecurity platform and positions itself for sustained long-term growth.
