Lege brings with her a wealth of experience, having served as the chief financial officer of ProShares, a prominent issuer of exchange-traded funds, prior to joining Allspring. During her tenure at ProShares, she oversaw finance, human resources, and corporate facilities, demonstrating her multifaceted expertise in financial management.

Before her role at ProShares, Lege held various positions at Invesco over nearly three decades, including chief accounting officer and head of finance operations and business transformation. Her responsibilities encompassed global controllership, tax, and financial planning and analysis, showcasing her depth of knowledge and breadth of experience in the financial domain.
