Warner Music Group, a global entertainment company, announced the appointment of Armin Zerza as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective May 5. Zerza will report to CEO Robert Kyncl and succeed Bryan Castellani. Zerza brings three decades of international experience across the entertainment, technology, and consumer goods sectors. He most recently served as CFO of Activision Blizzard, where he played a key role in the company’s acquisition by Microsoft. Furthermore, he held senior finance roles at Procter & Gamble, where he led operations across North America, Europe, and Latin America. His expertise in global financial management and operational leadership positions him well to drive Warner Music’s long-term growth plans.
Additionally, the company recognized Castellani’s contributions, noting his role in strengthening the finance organization during a pivotal phase. Castellani’s advisory support during the transition will ensure continuity and stability. Kyncl stated, “Armin arrives with 30 years of global experience and a track record of delivering outstanding results through operational excellence, commercial innovation, and financial discipline.
