Broadridge Financial Solutions, a technology solutions provider for the financial services industry has appointed Ashima Ghei as its Chief Financial Officer. Ghei, who had served as Interim CFO since July 2024, has been pivotal in shaping the company’s financial strategy and execution during the first half of FY25. Broadridge continues to provide transformative solutions to its clients around the world by focusing on operational stability, business success, and new ways for investors to interact with the company.
Ghei, an accomplished leader with over two decades of experience, joined Broadridge in 2022 as CFO of its Investor Communications business. She led initiatives in investment optimization, profitability, and governance, contributing to Broadridge's sustained growth. Before this, she held leadership roles at American Express for 18 years. Expressing her enthusiasm, Ghei stated her commitment to driving innovation and delivering value to stakeholders.
