The Clorox Company has announced that Chief Financial Officer Kevin Jacobsen will retire effective April 1, 2025, after nearly 30 years with the company. Luc Bellet, an 18-year Clorox veteran, will succeed Jacobsen and work closely with him to ensure a smooth transition. Jacobsen, who has served as CFO since 2018, played a key role in driving the company’s IGNITE strategy and strengthening its financial performance. Under his leadership, Clorox achieved strong shareholder returns and improved margin transformation efforts. CEO Linda Rendle praised Jacobsen’s contributions and expressed confidence in Bellet’s ability to continue driving profitable growth.
Bellet, currently serving as Clorox’s treasurer, will take on the role of Executive Vice President and CFO, reporting to Rendle and joining the company’s executive committee. With extensive experience in financial planning, internal audit, and business development, Bellet is well-positioned to support Clorox’s growth initiatives, particularly its digital transformation efforts. Jacobsen will remain in his role through the transition and continue in an advisory capacity until his full retirement in June.
