Honeywell International has declared that Mike Stepniak, who is currently the Vice President and CFO of Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, will assume the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer following the publication of the company's fiscal year 2024 financial results. Stepniak's financial domain of expertise encompasses business transformation, corporate audit, and financial planning and analysis, with more than two decades of experience in the field. Stepniak's current responsibilities include the supervision of global finance, controllership, and finance excellence for Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, which he joined in 2020. He further demonstrated his capabilities as a critical member of the company's leadership team in his previous role as CFO for Honeywell Building Technologies.
