KnowBe4 has appointed Yuneeb Khan as Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Bob Reich, who will retire and remain as an advisor through the first quarter of 2026 to support the transition. Khan will report directly to CEO Bryan Palma and lead the company’s worldwide finance organization. The appointment comes as KnowBe4 continues to expand its human and agentic AI risk management platform. Management stated that Khan will partner closely with the executive team and board to support disciplined growth, operational execution, and long-term value creation.
Khan brings more than 30 years of experience across public and private companies. He most recently served as CFO of Trellix, where he guided the finance organization through integration and expansion efforts. Earlier, he held the role of Chief Financial and Operational Officer at Quotient Technology, contributing to a financial turnaround and merger process. He also spent two decades in senior finance and operational roles at Nielsen and General Electric, following his early career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. His appointment signals a continued focus on financial discipline and structured expansion as the company scales.
