Pentair Names Nick Brazis as Next Chief Financial Officer

Pentair has announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Bob Fishman will step down after six years with the company. Nick Brazis, currently Vice President of Corporate Development and Treasury, will succeed him as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The five-month transition period aims to ensure a seamless handover of responsibilities. 

CEO John L. Stauch praised Brazis, stating, “Nick brings deep expertise and a forward-looking mindset that will help position Pentair for continued success.” He added that the appointment demonstrated the depth of its internal talent and its dedication to cultivating leaders capable of delivering sustained value.

Brazis, who joined Pentair in 2023, has over two decades of financial and operational experience across major companies, including 3M, Caterpillar, Resideo, and Daikin Applied. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Illinois Wesleyan University, a master’s degree from Bradley University. Brazis also holds an MBA degree from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, along with advanced degrees in business and engineering, and has also completed executive studies at the Wharton School. The announcement marks a planned transition in Pentair’s financial leadership as the company continues its focus on sustainable water solutions and operational growth.
