SiriusXM Taps Zac Coughlin as Next Chief Financial Officer

SiriusXM has named Zac Coughlin its next Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2026, as Tom Barry prepares to step down at year-end. Coughlin joins the company after serving as CFO of PVH Corp. and brings nearly three decades of finance experience across consumer, retail, and automotive companies, including senior positions at LVMH’s DFS Group, Nike’s Converse division, and Ford Motor Company. CEO Jennifer Witz said his background leading finance teams at major public companies will be valuable as SiriusXM advances its strategic priorities, noting his “proven track record of driving sustainable, profitable growth.”

Barry departs after helping guide the company through recent financial and operational transitions. Witz highlighted his role in strengthening discipline across the organization, while Barry said he is “incredibly proud of the team and what we’ve accomplished together.” SiriusXM reaffirmed its full-year 2025 guidance as part of the announcement, signaling stability ahead of the leadership handoff. Coughlin called the opportunity to join the company “tremendous” and emphasized his interest in supporting the next phase of its evolution.
