S&P Global Appoints Matt Calderone CFO of Mobility Business

S&P Global has announced that Matt Calderone will join the company as Chief Financial Officer of its Mobility business, effective March 1, 2026. Calderone will serve as CFO of the standalone public company through its planned separation from S&P Global, overseeing all aspects of the Finance function and reporting to Bill Eager, President of S&P Global Mobility and CEO-designate of the future independent company.

Calderone joins S&P Global from Booz Allen, where he served as CFO and Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing strategic finance, forecasting, investor relations, acquisitions, corporate ventures, and capital deployment. Over his 22-year career at Booz Allen, he guided more than $1.5 billion in M&A transactions, led major corporate transformations, and developed long-term growth strategies. With Calderone’s appointment, S&P Global Mobility strengthens its executive team as it prepares for separation, positioning the company to drive financial performance and operational execution as an independent organization.
