Stellantis N.V. has appointed Joao Laranjo as Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Doug Ostermann. With more than two decades of experience in finance, auditing, and the automotive sector, Laranjo brings strong expertise in financial strategy, planning, and operational management across diverse markets.
Since joining Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in 2009, he has held key roles in accounting, treasury, compliance, and profit management, including serving as CFO for Latin America and later for Stellantis North America. Before returning to Stellantis earlier this year, Laranjo was Vice President of Finance at Goodyear, leading the Americas Finance organization.
